We are a FMB MasterBond member, with government approved trust mark as well as a registered member of FairTrades. This means we are inspected and approved for quality standards and undergo regular performance checks.

All of our work carries a standard 5 year guarantee, with the option of a further 5 years insurance backed guarantee. This means that in the event of a problem, even if we were to go out of business, the insurance would cover the costs of any reparations that were required. This cover shows the faith that we have in our work, and gives you complete peace of mind. All at no extra cost to you. We also carry £5 million worth of public liability insurance which ensures that, should the unforeseeable happen, funds are in place to deal with it.

All our quotations are free and with no obligation to go with us. We will try our best to arrange a convenient time to call round to your home and answer any specific questions you may have. We will need to take a copy of your plans which we will return along with your detailed quote.

If an appointment is not convenient due to work commitments but you would still like a quotation, then simply send us a copy of your plans to our office address which is on our contact page. We will return your plans along with your quote.

The price we quote is based on the drawings and will not change unless you change your design or request additional extras.

Once a price has been agreed, payments can be made in instalments and each instalment is only payable once you are completely happy with the progress. This allows you to manage your budget better throughout the whole build process.

There is a small deposit to pay initially but that is just to get your start date booked and confirmed so we can arrange the necessary resources and materials to begin the work.
